Conference participants can book accommodation at the Heidelberg Marriott Hotel at reduced rates via the Conference Bureau.
The Heidelberg Marriott Hotel is located on the banks of the Neckar River with a picturesque views of the “Odenwald” and the Heidelberg castle. The hotel is 85 km from the Frankfurt International Airport.

There is no charge for children 17 years and younger when they share a room with parent(s) and utilize existing beds. Baby beds for small children can be put in all rooms. A maximum of two adults and two children is allowed per room. All rooms are equipped with high-speed internet and Wireless-LAN.
The room has to be booked via the Conference Bureau. Otherwise, a regular, more expensive price will apply.
